Traditional Sun Salutation.\nRecommended time between 5.00 and 7.00.<\/p>\n

Learn to absorb morning's energy. \nMirror Yoga Session, a unique playful yoga practice created by your mentor.\nRecommended between 11.00 and 12.00 or 15.00 and 16.00.<\/p>\n

H\u00e9l\u00e8ne<\/h4>
<\/div>

Born in Loire, France, when she moved from Scotland to Austria in 2018, she decided to become an international yoga Ambassador\u00a9 teacher, after 30 years of practical and personal experience. Leaving her job as Visual Communication designer behind, she enjoyed integrating into a new language and culture by teaching yoga and art at the adult education center. She also became a TEH\u00a9 practitioner (for plants).
\nIn 2023 she earned her skipper's license for sailing yachts and is now settled here in Croatia.<\/p>\n

She wishes to keep her practice open to all. She particularly enjoys working with a simple approach.
\nThe teaching of yoga philosophy in a modern everyday life language and availability, combined with the application of Hatha yoga exercises, natural healing solutions, and building trust, helps you to treat traumas and injuries and improve your physical and mental flexibility and stability. H\u00e9l\u00e8ne will be your personal yoga master, your mentor, and guide you into a uniquely easy but deep and therapeutic self-healing process.
\nShe shares her knowledge of medicinal plants and helps her clients rediscover themselves from within. It is said that her yoga practice and artistic creativity unleash Zen energies.
\nH\u00e9l\u00e8ne has practiced yoga since she was seven years old with the support of her mother, who is also a yoga master. The program will be held in english, other than that there is no age or other limits.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div> \n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div> \n<\/div><\/div>\n\t\t
